The DermaJuve Platinum system features two specialised handpieces: RF Microneedling handpiece and Cryo handpiece.

Our RF Microneedling handpiece integrates bipolar RF energy and advanced vacuum technology into an ergonomic design, making treatments more seamless, precise, and comfortable for both practitioners and patients.
Bipolar RF energy is delivered between closely spaced needle electrodes, allowing for precise and controlled thermal stimulation within the dermis. This targeted energy delivery minimises heat spread to surrounding tissues, enhancing both safety and patient comfort. By reaching deeper layers of the skin while maintaining surface integrity, bipolar RF is highly effective for tightening, contouring, and rejuvenating even delicate or difficult-to-treat areas.
DermaJuve Platinum incorporates advanced vacuum technology that gently lifts and secures the skin against the tip during treatment. This controlled elevation allows for more accurate and consistent needle penetration, enhancing the precision of energy delivery across the treatment area. By stabilising the skin, it minimises movement and reduces the risk of uneven results.
Our Cryo handpiece provides skin cooling both before and after treatment. With adjustable settings (ranging from 0°C to ∼ -10°C), the cooling numbs the skin to reduce pain during treatment and soothes inflammation afterwards, helping to minimise redness and swelling.
The DermaJuve Platinum is compatible with six interchangeable tip options:
