Sculpt Pro has their very own team of trained and experienced engineers who are contactable via our 24/7 technical helpline. Their services will initially provide you with a range of fault-finding steps to help diagnose and rectify any issues.

Sculpt Pro can also arrange for the delivery of any replacement parts via our courier on a next-day service, and should you require a call-out, we’ll arrange for an engineer to be on site within 48 hours.

If you require a call-out, we’ll arrange one as soon as possible, and where necessary our engineers will provide a temporary solution and advice.
