We’re thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity with potential for advancement, where you’ll support our sales team in engaging and qualifying new prospects interested in integrating cutting-edge devices into their aesthetic clinics.
We’re seeking a self-motivated and organised Business Development Executive who is experienced in handling high volumes of outbound calls, surpassing sales targets, and skilled in initiating sales processes. If you’re ready for a dynamic role where your skills can shine, we want to hear from you!
Scope
- Engaging prospects
- Qualifying new leads
- Carrying our fact-finding to determine suitability and affordability
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Targeting new business opportunities using web and social media platforms
- Working with sales and marketing teams on projects
- Conducting regular competitor research
- Offering consumables, training, and service plans to existing clients
- Following up on email marketing data
- Pre-exhibition marketing
- Informing clients of the latest offers and product launches
- Attending exhibitions and events
What you will need to succeed?
- Lead generation/telesales/sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in meeting and exceeding targets
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively
- Confidence to communicate with business owners
- Possesses persuasive abilities to influence decision makers
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Capable of independently identifying and addressing tasks and challenges
*Beauty or Aesthetics Industry knowledge is beneficial but not required*
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary – £28,000-£32,000 (DOE)
- Performance based incentives + uncapped commission (£40,000-£45,000 OTE)
